If the order has been dispatched, you will need to send it back to us in it’s original packaging, unopened and untampered. Once, we receive it and after review and approved, we will refund you which can take up to 7 working days to reach your account. We will refund you minus 7% restocking fee. Please note that you will have received tracking information in your email which you will be able to access and track progress of your order.

If the order has been fulfilled, we will have to wait for the order to be returned back to us before we can re-send the order to your correct address.
