11. Delivery & Payment – The Easy Guide Delivery

Free UK Delivery – Spend £100 or more and we’ll deliver your order free of charge.

UK Only – At the moment, we only deliver within the UK.

Stock Issues – If an item you’ve ordered is suddenly out of stock, we’ll refund you for that product right away. While we can’t offer extra compensation for the disappointment, we’ll always try to keep this as rare as possible.

Damaged Items – If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours so we can rectify this as soon as possible.

Busy Periods & Bad Weather – During extreme weather (like snow or flooding) or peak seasons (like Christmas), deliveries may take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated and suggest ordering early to avoid delays.

Stock Takes – Occasionally, during inventory checks, order processing might slow slightly – but you’ll still get your delivery within the advertised timeframe of 5 to 7 working days.

Once It’s Delivered – The products are yours once delivered. If they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll take care of it – otherwise, we can’t be responsible for loss or damage after delivery.
12. Undelivered Items

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please let us know so we can check with our courier.

We may need your help during the investigation – without it, we won’t be able to process your claim or issue a refund.

We can’t offer compensation for non-delivery beyond a refund or replacement.
13. Payment
We accept: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Our payment platform is Stride.
14. Cancelling Your Order

Once your order has been accepted into our warehouse, we can’t make any changes.

We may be able to cancel your order if you contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order confirmation – but we can’t promise.

If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched, you can still return it – see our Returns Policy below.
15. Returns Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be returned in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will notify you by email once your return has been received, along with the outcome of your refund request—whether approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

We will refund you, which can take up to 7 working days to reach your account. We will refund you minus 7% restocking fee.

We strive to make the return process as smooth as possible and encourage you to contact our customer service team with any questions regarding your return or refund.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL OUTLET items purchased are non- exchangeable or refundable.
16. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or refund (whichever is appropriate).
Here’s the steps to do this:

Check your items as soon as they arrive.

Report any damage or faults within 48 hours of delivery. Claims after this time may not be accepted.

If we approve your return:

Send the item back within 7 days of purchase.

Include all original packaging, accessories, and documents.

Provide evidence of the damage after it has been opened (photos, videos etc)

We will email you a label and packing slip with instructions. We will inform you of the shipping carrier chosen to return the items.
17. Order Cancellations & Returns Process

18. Steps To Return a Product
Step 1 – Contact Us First

Step 2 – Use a Tracked or Signed For Service

We strongly recommend using a Signed For or Tracked postal service.

Lost returns are your responsibility—we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.

Keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
Step 3 – Follow Packaging Guidelines

Please ensure that you package the item(s) securely to avoid any damage whilst in transit on return back to us

Royal Mail classes perfumes as hazardous goods and they will add a safety label to meet shipping requirements.
