Returns Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be returned in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

• Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will notify you by email once your return has been received, along with the outcome of your refund request—whether approved or rejected.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

• We strive to make the return process as smooth as possible and encourage you to contact our customer service team with any questions regarding your return or refund.

• PLEASE NOTE:   ALL OUTLET items purchased are non- exchangeable or refundable.
